Since 2022, I've worked at Amazon. First, as an intern, then as the primary UX researcher for the Relay (middle mile freight) product suite. In my time I've also owned UX research for or contributed to Amazon Freight, Yard, Capital Systems, Transportation Financial Services, and Under-the-Roof. I've also built and owned the Customer Experience Outcomes frameworks for Freight and Relay, as well as a two-contractor A11Y accessibility program.
